2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Prices are listed in INR and may change without notice.
We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) (with an additional fee).
Once an order is placed, cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours before dispatch.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We provide free online delivery across India.
COD orders will incur an extra charge of ₹70 (₹100 for the DeepCare Kit).
Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on the location.
In case of delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
Shipping fees and COD charges are non-refundable.

5. Product Usage & Liability

Our hair care products are made with safe ingredients; however, individual results may vary.
Conduct a patch test before using any product. HloHair is not responsible for any allergic reactions or misuse of products.
Our products are for external use only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, text, and designs) belongs to HloHair and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use our website for any illegal activities.
Attempt to hack, spam, or disrupt our website.
Provide false information when placing an order.

HloHair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party shipping partners.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled in Khanna, Punjab courts.
