1.⁠ ⁠Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are applicable only for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene concerns.
In case of receiving a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with images as proof.
2.⁠ ⁠Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at hlohairs1@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 79733 09481 with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back to us at the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).
3.⁠ ⁠Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on customer preference.
Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
4.⁠ ⁠Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
5.⁠ ⁠Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for products received in a damaged or defective condition.
