1. Shipping Locations

  • We currently offer shipping all over India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Online Prepaid Orders: Free delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges apply:
    • ₹100 for regular orders.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Non-Metro & Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
  • Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can check your order status anytime using the tracking details provided.

6. Delivery Attempts & Issues

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.
  • For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • If you receive a damaged or tampered package, do not accept it and inform us immediately at hlohairs1@gmail.com or +91 79733 09481.

7. Wrong Address or Non-Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, we are not liable for lost shipments.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, contact us at hlohairs1@gmail.com.
  • If a package is lost in transit, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund.
